A giclée print is a high-quality reproduction of artwork created with an advanced inkjet printer. It uses fine sprays of archival inks to capture every detail of the original, giving you a vibrant, long-lasting piece of art.
An archival giclée print has been made using genuine Epson "UltraChrome PRO12" archival inks on a quality acid free paper to assure the highest degree of color gamut and permanence of the image.
To properly care for your investment, frame this work under glass (with the exception of canvas prints) using acid free materials taking care to avoid having the image in direct contact with the glass. Never display in direct sunlight. With proper care and handling this print will last for generations to come.
For canvas, the print has been sealed and may be wiped with a wet or dry cloth taking care to avoid using any cleansers on the surface of your print.
We accept most major credit cards.
For printed orders, processing takes about 3 to 5 business days. This does not include shipping time.
Shipping within Canada is by Canada Post after payment and processing. Delivery typically takes 3 - 7 business days (tracking provided) Delivery times can vary, especially around the holidays.
* For orders over $100 we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
International shipping can take up to 4 weeks. Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country.
Please note: I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs or parcels being held at the border. Once your package is in transit, border processing times are out of my hands. Thank you for your patience and understanding—art has no borders, but unfortunately, packages do!
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).
* Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs if an incorrect address is provided.

Wrong item or missing item?
Please email us at orders@cathyturner.ca and we will re-send a replacement as soon as possible.
Damaged in Transit?
Please email us within 7 days of the item being marked as delivered by the carrier to hello@cathyturner.ca. Please include a description of the damage and picture(s) of the damage.
Lost in Transit
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t turned up, it’s often just misplaced. Try checking with neighbors and your shipping carrier first. If it’s still missing after 10 days, email orders@cathyturner.ca to have your order resent.

Because of the unique nature of these pieces—whether it’s a one-of-a-kind original, a made-just-for-you custom order, or a special freebie or discounted item—all sales are final. These beauties are non-refundable and not eligible for returns.
Open Prints & Note Cards
I want you to absolutely love your new art print! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it.
Simply contact me within that timeframe, and I’ll guide you through the process. Once I receive the returned item in its original, condition and packaging, I’ll issue a full refund excluding shipping costs. Items cannot be exchanged. If you'd like a different item please return the item using the instructions above and place a new order.
Because each order is triple checked and shipped in pristine condition, I’m unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for damage or wear caused after delivery due to handling or neglect—this includes fingerprints, smudges, scratches, or other marks.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be in original, unused condition. Please consider tracking your return as we are not responsible if your return does not arrive.
